Job Description

Lead the discovery of innovative digital experiences to drive superior brand presence across a portfolio of powerful brands. Develop and execute strategies to maximize digital shelf presence, enhance shopper experience, and drive online revenue growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class A+ content and product detail page management. Identify optimization opportunities to ensure high visibility, discoverability, and purchase intent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial understanding of retailers and the retail environment, digital media, and a background in managing the digital shelf and paid search.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years work experience with focus on digital commerce and paid search (FMCG retail search preferred), digital shelf or similar directly related experience
  • Established and proven search experiences on retailer platforms
  • Proficient in the English language

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead the discoverability strategy to deliver optimal digital consumer experiences.
  2. Maximize digital shelf presence through optimized product content to enhance the shopper experience.
  3. Lead search strategy (paid + organic) to drive visibility and increase conversion.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class A+ content and product detail page management.
  5. Identify optimization opportunities across the digital shelf to ensure high visibility, discoverability, and purchase intent.
  6. Drive online revenue growth by ensuring optimal digital shelf presentation and continuous content optimization.
