About this role:
- This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our Store Experience and Loyalty team as a Data Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term full-time contract.
You will be empowered to analyze customer shopping behaviors using the largest national data set, providing valuable insights to enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Report directly to our National Analytics Manager
- Analyze customer shopping behaviors to understand how we can improve performance
- Measure and communicate marketing and advertising initiatives' effectiveness
- Develop, maintain, and integrate segmentation and core customer metrics
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an analyst or data scientist with proven expertise in planning to post-campaign analysis
- Experience working with customer data including loyalty, sales, transactional data preferably from e-commerce or retail background
- Ability to navigate complex retail customer data sets
- Excellent influencing and storytelling skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience using extraction, exploration, analysis, and visualization tools
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Oracle SQL, Snowflake
