Are you a highly skilled payroll professional with experience managing complex global payrolls? We are seeking a seasoned expert to play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely and efficient payroll experiences across all locations.
About the Role- Manage monthly global payrolls ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements.
- Partner with our external payroll providers to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee end-of-period and end-of-financial-year payroll activities globally.
- Provide exceptional support to employees and stakeholders on payroll matters.
- Maintain and improve global payroll policies and procedures for compliance and consistency.
- Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate information.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes to ensure global compliance.
- Deliver accurate payroll reporting to mitigate risk.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors 'PeopleHub'.
- Assist with the annual remuneration review through data analysis and reporting.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience managing global payrolls. Familiarity with ADP Payforce and ADP Streamline is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
You should have advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, as well as an analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. Self-motivation, proactivity, and a passion for delivering quality work are also required.
