About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead our global payroll operations, overseeing all facets of international payroll management. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees across multiple jurisdictions, while maintaining strict compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee and approve monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc pay runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Own monthly payroll reporting, journal preparation, and payroll balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead a team of payroll professionals in Melbourne, providing oversight to payroll operations conducted by our team in Manila.
- Drive strategic and change management initiatives to continually improve and enhance payroll processes.
- Extensive experience as a Payroll Manager in large, complex organisations operating across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with Workday, ADP GlobalView, and/or Ramco Payce Global Payroll is highly regarded.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage and adapt to change.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring teams.
