Payroll Manager Role

This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to relevant payroll legislation, awards, and regulations. Provide regular reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Liaison and Support: Collaborate with employees and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and optimize payroll systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Payroll Expertise: Solid knowledge of current payroll practices, procedures, and relevant legislative frameworks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems (FoundU and Swag by Employment Hero are highly advantageous).
