As a pivotal figure in our international payroll operations, you will oversee all facets of this critical function. This position leads the outsourced payroll function for Australia and New Zealand, while also guiding payroll operations for transitioning Asian countries as they move to our new global payroll outsource partner.\Key Responsibilities\/\

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc pay runs.\
  • Own monthly payroll reporting, journal preparation, and payroll balance sheet reconciliations.\
  • Lead the onshore Melbourne-based payroll compliance team and provide oversight to payroll operations conducted by our team in Manila.\
  • Drive strategic initiatives to continually improve and enhance payroll processes.\
  • Ensure our managed service provider meets all Service Level Agreements and contractual/compliance obligations.\
  • Oversee the transition of Asian countries to our global payroll managed service provider, ensuring effective delivery and strong ongoing relationships.\
  • Champion the implementation and roll-out of future global managed payroll services.\\
