Job Title: Global Payroll Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage a global payroll of 800+ employees. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll, ideally in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the global payroll function, ensuring compliance with local tax, superannuation, and employment regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Support payroll projects and process improvements as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll services.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payroll processes and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Exposure to US payroll processes and compliance (highly regarded).
  • Proficiency with ADP payroll system preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join our team on a 4-month contract basis with strong potential to extend. You will be responsible for managing a global payroll of 800+ employees, with exposure to US payroll highly valued. Beyond BAU, you will have the opportunity to lead payroll projects and transformation initiatives.

Hybrid flexibility | Based in Melbourne's inner suburbs.
