About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Team Coordinator to join our Business Advisory division. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Personal Assistants and wider team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Oversee incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Assist with client correspondence and general administrative duties
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Computer and technology savvy
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with pride in their own work
- Exceptional time management skills
About You
