About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Renewable Energy Consultant to join our Power Division in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical excellence and supporting our clients in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' needs and develop innovative solutions under the supervision of a senior consultant.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop project schedules and deliverable timelines, working closely with senior consultants and engineers.
  • Prepare technical reports, project performance documentation, and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide support to engineers and consultants, gathering data for permit applications, submitting documentation to officials, and performing day-to-day duties.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve project objectives, using technical judgment and effective communication skills.
  • Develop an understanding of RINA business processes to prepare commercial and technical proposals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering General or a related field.
  • Interest in renewable energy technology and the Australian energy sector.
  • Eligibility to live and work in Australia (e.g. Australian citizen or holder of an Australian working visa).
  • Prior experience in the Australian renewable energy sector or engineering sector.
  • Prior experience with energy storage systems and technologies.
  • Knowledge of the design, construction, operations, and maintenance of electrical/mechanical system components.
