We are seeking a Guest Experience Associate to provide exceptional service and create unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Role
  • Provide a warm welcome, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure a seamless guest journey.
  • Be the go-to person for guest enquiries, recommendations, and special requests.
  • Assist with bookings for dining, tours, and transport.
  • Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the reception and concierge areas.
  • Support guest services including luggage assistance, meeting room coordination, and property tours.
  • Uphold safety, security, and brand standards at all times.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years' experience in front office, concierge, or customer service.
  • A passion for hospitality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.
  • Professional presentation and commitment to service excellence.
  • A valid driver's licence is advantageous.
Candidates We Are Looking For
  • Hospitality or customer service-related education is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, RMS/PMS experience is an advantage).
