All of the hotel's 368 guest rooms - including ten Club Suites, eight Westin Suites, five Executive Suites and one Presidential Suite.
More than 2,300 square meters of versatile event space; all equipped with cutting-edge technology, including Grand Ballroom.This is a Full Time position performed overnight; therefore Full Time Australian working rights and overnight availability is required.
Responsibilities The check in and check out of hotel guestsMaintaining guest accountsTaking reservations when requiredAssisting with all guest inquiries and directing internal and external phone callsEnsuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable whenever they have contact with the Front Office DepartmentCreating a welcoming impression as an ambassador for the hotel at all timesSupporting guests with our new generation food options Qualifications & Skills Competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and software packagesCompetent with OPERA Software or similarPassion for delivering energetic customer servicePositive attitude and an energetic personalityArticulate and confidentPassionate about a career in hospitality management What you will enjoy Marriott's "Life.
