  • Servicing as a key member of our Out of Home Care Program

To excel in this position, you will possess:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven skills and experience in developing behavioural management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, lead and support a team of residential care workers
  • Capacity to collaborate constructively within teams
