As a residential house supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of young people.

This role involves overseeing the daily care and well-being of young people in our residential care homes, guiding and supporting a team of residential carers.

You will work closely with the residential care coordinator to ensure that every day is filled with growth, stability, and positive development for the young people in our care.

Your mission will be to foster a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment through exceptional leadership, the application of therapeutic care techniques, and inspiring role modelling.

This role isn't just about overseeing care – it's about creating a place where young people can thrive, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in our residential care homes
  • Guide and support a team of residential carers
  • Work closely with the residential care coordinator to ensure positive development for the young people in our care
  • Foster a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or relevant diploma with substantial experience
  • Proven skills and experience in developing behavioural management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, lead and support a team of residential care workers
  • Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff and other stakeholders
