  • Offer solutions and support, answer potential customer questions, and follow up on enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Maintain a list/database of prospective clients and their information.
  • Use CRM software to manage sales administration.

About You

  • Previous experience in the Fastener industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member.
  • Possesses a professional, energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to professionally and confidently communicate at all levels.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results.
  • Previous sales experience with knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience.
  • Full Australian working rights.
