The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together combined engineering experience and expertise to design and construct Snowy 2.0, a pumped hydro scheme in the Snowy Mountains of NSW.
Snowy 2.0 is Australia's largest committed renewable energy project, providing on-demand energy and large-scale storage for generations to come.
This iconic project will create its own legacy in Australian history.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect equipment and new technologies on site.
- Direct crews or workers on site and conduct research.
- Report on project status and ensure engineering designs are being followed.
- Inspect infrastructure and conduct research to solve problems.
- Relevant tertiary qualification – Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- White Card.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in construction in a similar role.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects or other suitable projects.
- Experience in technical aspects of site projects, including machinery and equipment.
- Conducting research on site.
- Inspecting equipment and technologies.
- Communicating with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues.
- Managing field activities and implementing engineering designs.
