Job Overview

The Site HR Administrator is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and supporting all human resource functions on the project site.

This key position fosters a positive, productive, and compliant work environment by serving as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to industrial relations legislation and manage employee relations effectively.
  • Support workforce development through tailored training programs and coordinate initiatives related to safety, well-being, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on staffing, attendance, and other HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure HR policies align with on-site safety protocols and promote employee health and well-being.
Key Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Workplace Health and Safety are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR roles, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
