We are seeking experienced professionals with a passion for supporting students and families to join our team as Senior Practitioners. In this unique role, you will combine 50% locum support in schools with 50% leadership and mentoring within our School, Student & Family Program (SSFP) team.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with school principals, pastoral care staff, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for students and their families. You will also provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to school counsellors, promoting reflective practice and professional growth.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling, with eligibility for membership with AASW, PACFA, or AHPRA registration. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as a commitment to CatholicCare's mission and values.

With a competitive salary of $95,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible work arrangements, corporate wellness program, and salary packaging options, this is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and families.
