About the Role

As a Trade Counter Specialist, you will work with our team to provide excellent customer service and support the delivery of goods to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and load orders for delivery to customers
  • Use our in-house technology to track and manage delivery runs
  • Assist with branch stock management and inventory control
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer service targets

About You

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • No experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training
  • Clean driver's license is essential
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Commitment to learning and professional development
