Job Overview:

The Vendor and Contracts Officer plays a pivotal role in fostering strategic relationships with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services that meet quality and cost standards.

This involves contract administration, vendor performance evaluation, and collaboration with internal teams to streamline procurement processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage various contractual documents, including service agreements, NDAs, and statements of work, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate contract renewals and lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for services requiring re-tendering, facilitating seamless transitions and minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Support new site transitions by setting up facility service contracts and managing critical infrastructure post-defect liability period, ensuring smooth handovers and minimal downtime.
  • Participate in regular vendor and site meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, and oversee systems such as iPRO and SINE, to maintain effective communication channels and drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain contract tracking tools and respond to new requests from site teams to ensure efficient vendor operations and maximize value from supplier relationships.
