About the Concierge Role

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospects. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service by coordinating various resident services and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a role model by demonstrating core values at all times.
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to residents and entrants, attending to the comforts of prospects and guests.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with completed service request call backs.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest suite schedules and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules.
  • Manage package deliveries and maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals and other services.
  • Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery options.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as paperwork and computer work.
  • Use property management software to record and track resident conversations.
  • Assist residents with concerns and complaints, promote resident satisfaction, and respond to questions in a timely manner.

Organizational Responsibilities:

  • Follow established policies and procedures, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Practice proper safe behaviors and techniques, reporting mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions and safety issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest ideas to achieve operational excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends through training classes and other events.
