Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized services to guests, including luggage assistance and last-minute requests.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Navigate the city's hidden gems and hotspots to provide expert recommendations and insights to guests.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring that every interaction with guests is memorable and positive.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve shared goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with local events, trends, and developments to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with software systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar industries.
