You will provide a highly personalised one-to-one client experience, welcoming each client to our store and ensuring the Michael Hill touch is felt by all.

More about you
A commitment to personalised luxury service, with a flair for creating memorable client experiences.
Your welcoming demeanour and proactive approach will ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
Proven track record delivering exceptional experiences to clients, serving as a key liaison between clients and various departments or stores
You are passionate about sharing Michael Hill's history, product information, and service offerings with enthusiasm and expertise
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or as a brand ambassador is highly valued
Ability to work a roster that includes Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays; open to full-time or part-time hours
Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly desirable
