About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Service Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service experiences that foster strong relationships between us, our clients, and their guests.

You will be based onsite at one of our premium assets in Melbourne, providing client, visitor, and administrative support, and executing duties to the highest standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a unique welcoming experience for all guests, staff, and visitors
  • Handling internal and external calls and correspondence
  • Providing direction and assistance with local amenities and services
  • Offering hotel-style concierge and lifestyle services administration for customers
  • Promoting retail tenancies in and around the building as well as community engagement events and initiatives
  • Working closely with the building management team
  • Any other reasonable requests made by team members to facilitate day-to-day management of the property or tasks assisting team objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have some experience working in a hospitality or service delivery role and bring a strong customer service mindset.

You will also need to possess a 'can-do' attitude, be willing to learn, and adopt a one-team approach with all members of the extended Building Management team and partners.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
