This role upholds our brand's prestige. You will provide a highly personalised one-to-one client experience, welcoming each client to our store and ensuring the Michael Hill touch is felt by all.

More about you
  • A commitment to personalised luxury service, with a flair for creating memorable client experiences. Your welcoming demeanour and proactive approach will ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Proven track record delivering exceptional experiences to clients, serving as a key liaison between clients and various departments or stores
  • You are passionate about sharing Michael Hill's history, product information, and service offerings with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or as a brand ambassador is highly valued
  • Ability to work a roster that includes Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays; open to full-time or part-time hours
  • Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly desirable
