Project Officer Position

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as project officers in the Overseas Property Office and Services Division.

The Division plans, builds, and maintains property projects and services for the Australian Government. As a project officer, you will coordinate and assist with project implementation and support senior staff in delivering strategic vision while managing competing priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and assisting with project implementation
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support and advice
  • Supervising lower-level employees at the APS 5 level

At the APS 4 level, you will be expected to undertake tasks of moderate complexity and work under general direction.

At the APS 5 level, you will be expected to undertake tasks of a complex nature and operate under limited direction.

Relevant experience in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, and/or Engineering and Property (portfolio, valuation, or asset management) is mandatory.
