Senior Property Management Professional

About the Role

This is a senior property management role where you will be responsible for leading a team of property management specialists to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. You will play a strategic part in driving the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of property management specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain all properties under management to a high standard, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall efficiency of the property management function.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to the property management team to nurture their skills and support their career growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the residential leasing and property management market.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a senior property management role, preferably within the residential sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and associated legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make decisions.
