  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery from feasibility to execution, ensuring timely completion and maximum value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and successful outcomes.
  • Manage commercial transactions and property governance frameworks to maintain integrity and compliance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support internal team development, enhancing capability and performance.
Requirements
  • Strategic thinking with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in property, planning, and governance.
  • Expertise in financial management, business case development, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid Class C Driver's Licence is essential for this role.
