Job Overview

Property Project Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Property Project Support specialist. As a key member of our project team, you will play a vital role in assisting with the planning, execution, and delivery of property-related projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under limited supervision and contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist with project planning, identifying key deliverables and timeframes, and monitor and track the project plan, including the project schedule, budget, and risks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage key stakeholders, ensuring regular communications are provided, and adhere to WH&S requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Pursue and maintain effective relationships with counterparts internally and externally, and provide reporting and advice to senior management and other staff.
  • Performance Management: Working with line managers, assist with the development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of project team members, and the identification of their training needs.
Additional Responsibilities for Level 6:
  • Supporting Team Leaders: Supporting Team Leaders in their responsibilities, which may include supervising and guiding internal and external team members, assistance in planning at the strategic and individual project level, setting tasks and priorities, managing workflows, allocating resources, and assistance with building team capability through coaching, performance feedback, or encouraging career development.
  • Maintaining Awareness: Maintain awareness of longer-term strategic, political, or operational outcomes and the work area impact.
