Job Title: Compensation Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced compensation coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end compensation for a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate compensation payments in accordance with relevant agreements and legislation
  • Administer rejected wages and superannuation payments
  • Support leaders with timesheets and absence management
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant award and legislation changes
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in processing end-to-end compensation for a large organization
  • Intermediate knowledge of time and attendance systems such as RITEQ, Humanforce, and ADP Payforce
  • Professional and customer-centric approach
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
