**Position Summary** This position is part of the Total Rewards Compensation Service Line and has the responsibility for supporting the operational process design, service delivery via training and communications, working closely with key stakeholders on projects, vendor operations, and adhering to the Total Rewards governance structures.
They will be supporting the Associate Director in working with various stakeholders (Center of Expertise/HRIT/Vendors/People Services) on projects along with handling the day-to-day activity related to global programs (i.e. Employee Engagement vendor, Annual Compensation Program)
**Detailed Position Responsibilities**
- Support the global coordination of Compensation Service line projects and programs in working with stakeholders to complete process documentation, testing, analyzing data sets, training, and full roll outs of new and/or existing programs.
- Liaison with Finance in reviewing global vendor budgets and managing invoice payment with Vendor Management
- Review and approve HRIT items that come from the local market to ensure they comply with the Global Total Rewards operations/processes.
- Tracks incidents and supports in analyzing the issue root cause to ensure improvement in the area and/or to identify trends.
- Handle and manage documentation operationally and client facing to make sure the most up-to-date materials are conveyed.
- Provide any training needs to stakeholders on best practices and look for ways to support teams in understanding the Total Reward strategy/philosophy adhered to in operational practices.
- Support the Associate Director in partnering with the Total Rewards CoE by providing operational expertise from an enterprise perspective in supporting the Total Rewards Strategy and philosophy with a customer lens.
- Support in creating/managing robust controls in ensuring these are embedded in each process and operating as designed
- Handles communication change and training in processes to stakeholders in following the organizations quality standards and training requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all plan documents and statutory requirements related to Compensation Plans and Programs

- Shared responsibility for enabling high percent of first contact resolution in our Capability Centers and by our vendor(s) by providing all needed knowledge capital and partnering to remove roadblocks for smooth operations.
- Support in partnership with HRIT to leverage BMS technology platforms, identify and recommend changes to the Associate Director, Compensation Service Line on scope and requirements regarding capital expenditures for consideration.
