As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our major account customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer portals to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Assisting in overseeing responses to inquiries sent to the Major Service email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Taking ownership of customer queries and complaints, resolving them promptly within specified guidelines. Escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of customer information in databases through regular updates.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Successfully undertaking special projects and tasks assigned by management.
  • Providing excellent service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Recognizing and communicating business-impacting issues, escalating them to the Major Account Group Manager when necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues and contributing to team knowledge for improved performance.
  • Encouraging individual and collective responsibility for meeting performance standards and fostering ongoing improvement.
  • Participating in the development, implementation, and reporting of new company initiatives, policies, procedures, and products.
  • Contributing to initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency in terms of cost and enhancing customer value.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as required to support operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work in a multi-skilled team to achieve set objectives;
  • Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft word, excel and outlook applications.
  • Organisational and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to effectively manage planned/unplanned workloads
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve customer needs in a timely manner
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Need to have a can-do attitude and willing to learn
