About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at our Sydney Olympic Park Office. As a key member of our Accounts Receivable department, you will be responsible for managing the company's service agents' AR and AP ledgers, collections, reconciliations, and credits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect outstanding debts from service agents
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and issues
  • Manage AR and AP ledgers for service agents, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations
  • Conduct monthly contra processes for payment deadlines, ensuring timely collections to meet monthly targets
  • Oversee reconciliation processes with BPO for customer accounts, monitoring credit limits and collaborating on credit decisions
  • Liaise with the customer service team to resolve customer queries and address claims
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in AR and Credit, with a strong background in customer service and collection practices
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP (preferred)
  • Result-oriented with high accuracy and attention to detail, demonstrating commitment, adaptability, integrity, and enthusiasm
