Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end case management of high-risk customer complaints received through various channels
  • Collaboration with internal departments to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements
  • Investigation and analysis of high-risk cases to identify root causes and develop improvement plans
  • Decision-making for customer resolution based on company policy and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven call centre experience with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
