Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Animal Referral Hospital. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities- Handle High Volumes of Inbound Calls: Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with Referring Vets: Communicate effectively with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for our clients' pets.
- Welcoming Clients and Their Pets: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their pets upon arrival at the hospital.
- Booking and Managing Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments for clients, ensuring efficient use of our resources.
- Invoicing and Taking Payments: Process payments and manage client accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Data Entry and Document Requests: Enter client information and request documents from referring vets and clients as needed.
- Managing Email Enquiries: Respond to and resolve client inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service Background: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Reception or Call Center Experience: Proven experience in a reception or high-volume call center environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Computer Skills: Well-developed computer skills, with accurate data entry and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Team Player: A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions to complex issues.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, afternoons, and overnights, Monday through Sunday.
