- Face-to-face program delivery for students pursuing Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students
- Efficient administration of computer systems
- A flexible and self-motivated work approach
- Application of expertise in training and assessment within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment
- Relevant qualifications and experience at or above delivery level
- Successful completion of TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Verified credentials, trainer matrix, and Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Reliable transport and online learning management system experience
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current driver's license
- Ability to complete a criminal history check and working with children check
