Training and Assessment Educator

Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking a skilled Training and Assessment Educator to deliver high-quality training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirements.
The successful candidate will support student engagement, attendance, and outcomes while maintaining teaching and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs that meet industry needs
- Support students in achieving academic success through pastoral and academic guidance
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices
- Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry skills
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Experience in training and assessment, preferably in the VET sector
- Strong understanding of ASQA/VET compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, and student management skills
