Job Title: Construction Training and Assessment Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver the Diploma in Building and Construction course.

This role requires delivering engaging course content, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support student success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and construction, along with relevant training and assessment qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver course modules to students in an engaging and structured manner.
  • Assess student submissions, provide detailed feedback, and ensure compliance with training and assessment standards.
  • Support and mentor students to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Maintain accurate student records and adhere to RTO compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116).
  • Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction (e.g., CPC50120/50220 - Diploma in Building and Construction).
  • Industry experience in the building and construction sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in online and/or face-to-face training delivery is desirable.
