Workforce Manager Role

About the Job:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Workforce Manager to oversee the delivery of civil infrastructure activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing resources and developing workforce capability.

They will be responsible for creating a productive working environment, utilizing positive performance processes, and providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching to enhance employee capability.

Key aspects of this role include workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, talent management, and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A valid Queensland "C" class driver's licence or equivalent.
  • Previous serious discipline action may be considered prior to appointment.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Human Resource Management qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management would be an advantage.
