Transformation Expert
About the Role:
Talent is seeking a Transformation Expert to lead and implement sustainable change in a State Government Department on a workforce management project.
This opportunity involves developing business transformation strategies, leading and managing statewide change management tools and schedules to ensure all change activities are identified, scheduled and managed across the lifecycle of each business implementation.
As a Transformation Expert, you will provide expert advice, assess, analyze, document and implement approved methodologies, including the evaluation and management of risks and issues.
You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop documentation, materials and presentations necessary to implement, reinforce and sustain transformational change.
The Background:
We are looking for a candidate with high-level experience in workforce management, transformational change management and leadership, including benefits realization, stakeholder engagement, communications and training within a complex organisational-wide project environment.
Candidates must have experience in developing, documenting, implementing and evaluating change management strategies, tools and artefacts in a large-scale complex project environment focused on workforce management transformation.
