About the Role
  • We are seeking a strategic workforce partner to join our team, who will collaborate with leaders to develop and implement impactful workforce plans.
  • The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on employee relations and organisational policies, and support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives across the business.
  • They will also drive performance management processes and professional development programmes, collaborate on organisational change and culture-building projects, and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in Human Resources.
  • A key responsibility of the role will be to analyse workforce data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
About You
  • To be successful in this role, you will have relevant qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • You will also have strong knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices, proven experience in a similar Human Resources role within the industry, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • Additionally, you will need to be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
