**The team you support**

ADF Health Services provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. As part of this contract, Serco, in partnership with Bupa, provide defence-ready clinical and support staff across 50+ on-base locations nationally, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.

**About You**

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Senior Workforce Management Business Partner, you will facilitate, on behalf of the Operational Support Centre (OSC), the deployment of Workforce Management strategies within the wider ASPAC. You will work within a team of Business Partners stationed around the country whilst responsible for delivering a range of services to Defence sits within your region. This will include stakeholder and customer relationship management with operating functions that derive service from the OSC ensuring alignment of staffing budgets to the commercial strategy set for each business unit. You will act as a governance and liaison point to confirm OSC commercial KPIs associated with the Workforce Plan. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day reporting functions and assisting in the development and delivery of management information initiatives. This role is open to remote working arrangements.

- Demonstrated experience with workforce management methodologies
- Well-developed technical skills with MS Office products and relevant technologies
- Experience with workforce scheduling and demand management
- Knowledge of relevant awards, agreements, and related legislation
- Good knowledge of customer operations and the factors that influence them (in Productivity, KPIs, service levels, and the relationships between quality, productivity, billing, and employee satisfaction)
