Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Risk Specialist to join our team in financial crime investigations. As a key member of our group, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and investigating potential internal fraud, misconduct, and breaches of company policy.

Your expertise will be utilized to conduct in-depth investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, policy violations, or unethical behaviour by employees, ensuring compliance with internal governance frameworks, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate potential internal fraud and misconduct, including analysing financial transactions, communications, and behavioural patterns to identify potential risks.
  • Conduct comprehensive case management, leveraging data analytics and forensic methodologies to build robust cases.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions are taken following investigative findings.
  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to protect the integrity of the organisation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in conducting data-driven investigations, forensic analysis, and case management within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and outcome-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • An understanding of Industrial Relations Law and procedures, or the criminal and civil law as it applies in various states.
  • A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Resilience and professionalism when dealing in complex, high-pressure situations.
