Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for occupants.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with internal personnel and external contractors to prevent equipment failures and ensure timely repairs.
  • Administer security systems, including access control and surveillance, to maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Organize events and facilitate technology setup, providing exceptional customer service to guests and staff.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling stock levels to optimize resource utilization.
  • Analyze expenses and coordinate vendor interactions to achieve budgetary goals.
  • Contribute to operational forecasting, providing valuable insights into facilities needs and resource requirements.
  • Maintain positive relationships with landlords and building managers, fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
  • Conduct regular site audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure facilities meet business objectives, driving efficiency and productivity.
