**Facilities Management Specialist**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive works across our client's sites within contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.

Your primary focus will be on liaising with various client contacts and building strong working relationships. You will also maintain and update all statutory and non-statutory compliance records and documentation as required.

In addition, you will manage the financial, administrative, and commercial aspects of the contract, including raising purchase orders and assisting vendors with the Coupa platform. You will prepare and issue reports as requested by the facilities management team and support the mail room as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients at all levels. Experience in customer service and/or front-of-house/client-facing roles in a professional/corporate environment is essential. Exposure in facilities management is also desirable.

You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines. Intermediate to advanced-level proficiency in core Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook - is necessary.
