Job Overview

KBR Inc. is seeking a skilled Capability Analyst to join their team. As a subject matter expert, you will analyze data on capability acquisition and sustainment activities, provide governance support, and contribute expertise to the GWEO project.

Main Responsibilities
  • Synthesize information and extract strategic knowledge from analysis.
  • Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis of data sources.
  • Prepare executive briefings for governance and ad-hoc activities in accordance with Defence policies.
  • Lead monthly governance reporting and identify mitigation strategies for risk and issues.
  • Perform other tasks related to program delivery of capability acquisition and sustainment.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications or industry experience in Defence acquisition and/or sustainment delivery.
  • Experience with Defence governance and assurance platforms (PPRIP, MRM).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and capacity to solve problems.
