About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you overseeing contract management across our team, responsible for real estate and facilities operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and motivation to colleagues for the delivery of quality outputs
  • Monitoring internal contract management systems and processes to ensure compliance across the organisation
  • Contributing to the identification and implementation of solutions to complex problems or issues
  • Responding promptly and providing high-quality service to external service providers, departments, agencies and stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining constructive relationships with senior leaders, working with them to advise on their contract management needs effectively

About You

You are a confident communicator who can seamlessly translate strategic objectives into deliverables with the capability to influence stakeholders and provide support at varying levels of seniority.

To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in procurement and master supplier contract management, including proven ability to interpret and provide advice to colleagues based on an understanding of complex contract documents and legislative requirements
  • Ability to influence and resolve commercial issues through negotiations with multiple stakeholders, in order to achieve improved outcomes
  • Experience in implementing and managing contract management frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence colleagues and implement changes which enhance our contract management activities
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work productively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
