About the Job:

The contract administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting sales and commercial teams by administering and monitoring contracts, managing the sales pipeline, coordinating key business activities, and ensuring agreements and related documentation are reviewed, processed, and maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and administering contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of CRM platforms to record and monitor contractual and sales activities.
  • Monitoring and managing sales pipelines from lead generation through to contract finalization and closure.
  • Coordinating contract-related activities such as sales meetings, training sessions, and customer demonstrations, ensuring documentation of action items and timely follow-up.
  • Liaising between commercial and technical teams to ensure smooth flow of contractual and operational information.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly business reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of contract administration practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across commercial, technical, and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing agreements and legal documentation.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
