Commercial Role Overview

About the position:

This commercial role involves providing strategic advice on contract management and associated commercial matters across a program of works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of contract administration documentation, systems, and plans for a program of works during all phases of the project.

  • Drafting routine contract notices and correspondence, internal and government approvals, and performance reporting documentation and briefs on commercial and contract management matters.
  • Providing contractual advice to project teams on procurement strategies, commercial frameworks, approvals, requirements, and controls.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (law, commerce, business management, or another relevant field) and demonstrated experience in resolving commercial and contractual issues during all stages of the project life cycle.

They must be confident in their written skills as drafting reports and briefs are essential elements of this role.
