Key Contract Management Role

Cablex Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the entire bid process and lead the Bid team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract management, bid preparation, and procurement processes within the defence manufacturing sector.

  • Develop compelling value propositions and strategies for competitive bids;
  • Analyse contracts and tender documents to identify areas of improvement;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations;
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field;
  • Eligibility for Defence Security Clearance and EAR / ITAR Clearance;
  • Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards is highly desirable;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organisational and document management skills;
  • Proficiency in using contract management software and tools.
