About the Role
- Provide cultural guidance and support to community members in navigating court processes and connecting with essential services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community partners and stakeholders to foster a culturally safe environment
- Mentor team members on cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Represent the organization locally, advocating for better outcomes for the community
- Deliver meaningful programs through collaborative engagement with the community
